Art Program Coordinator
FULL TIME - $14.50-15.50/hr
A Willow Domestic Violence Center position focused on providing domestic violence education and direct services to children and families residing in the shelter and in the community through the expression of art and creativity. Art Program services will be delivered in a positive cultural environment focused on survivor empowerment, staff collaboration and communication and volunteer retention.
This position is full-time with possible evening, weekend hours, Non-Exempt, hourly, and elegible for overtime. This position reports to the Lead Shelter Advocate.

Health & Wellness Coordinator
FULL TIME - $14.50-15.50/hr
The Health and Wellness Program Coordinator is a shelter advocate who has a passion for supporting personal and community health. This advocate provides direct support to survivors of domestic violence who are staying at our shelter home, and coordinates with community partners to create effective and innovative strategies by which survivors can achieve their health and wellness goals.
This position is hourly, non-exempt, and eligible for overtime. The Health and Wellness Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Shelter Services.

Assistant Director of Community Services
A Willow Domestic Violence Center full-time position focused on providing direct service, coordinating healthy relationship classes, managing referrals, and assisting with the development of the program in conjunction with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) DV/SA grant. All services will be delivered in a positive environment focused on participant empowerment, collaboration, and communication.
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt (Hourly, not eligible for overtime)
Reports to Director of Community Services.
