Human Trafficking Shelter Advocate

(Full-Time - $16.00/hr. This position is Saturday-Wednesday 2p.m.-10p.m., with on-call work)

A  Willow Domestic Violence Center position focused on providing both direct services and prevention activities in the shelter setting to identified primary and secondary survivors of Human Trafficking as well as participating in a coordinated community response to the issue in Douglas, Franklin and Jefferson counties.  All services will be delivered in a positive cultural environment focused on survivor empowerment, staff collaboration and communication, and volunteer retention.

 

This position is full-time, nonexempt (hourly, some overtime available) and reports to the Human Trafficking Program Coordinator, oversight by the Director of Survivor Access.

Foster Transition Program Advocate

(Full-Time - $16.00/hr. This position may require some evening and weekend work.)

A Willow Domestic Violence Center full-time position focused on providing direct service, coordinating support groups, managing referrals, and assisting with the development of the program for individuals aging out of the foster care system in conjunction with the Victims of Crime Act grant. All services will be delivered in a positive environment focused on participant empowerment, collaboration, and communication.

 

This position is full-time, nonexempt (hourly, some overtime available) and reports to the Director of Survivor Access.

Outreach & Development Coordinator

(Through Americorps VISTA program)

A  Willow Domestic Violence Center position focused on evaluating and overseeing outreach efforts including social media, printed materials, and databases.  The Outreach and Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Communications to develop new marketing strategies to raise awareness of The Willow's programs and services and to increase donor communication and retention.
